He has coached and consulted across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, led internal learning and development functions for large organizations, and conducted in-depth research in leadership and organizational effectiveness.
He founded Florence Coaching & Consulting to help organizations create meaningful change without sacrificing a bespoke, people-first approach - one that has consistently driven lasting results for his clients.
